Nothing, when we arrived they told us there was no car available even though we reserve with time.

Cons:

Everything, being serious to maintain the promises, give solutions to problems and assume their mistakes.

Really nice, the guy explained everything I need to know. The car was clean and nice they up grade because they don’t have the small one so was really amazing for the price . I will come back and recommend .

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The car was not available for pickup, so I didn’t pick it up and told the staff I would not be able to pick up the car later or use a different type of car, but they are now charging me a late fee.
