Pros: They had a car when few others in the area did. They knocked off $10 on their own because of an annoying odor I mentioned to them. The car was clean and ran well.
Cons: Checkout was way too slow, in part because there was way too much effort to sell insurance, gas, gps equipment, etc., that we clearly declined from the start. Price was unnecessarily high, but that was just supply and demand, I suppose; if you've got cars and your competition doesn't, you can charge more.
