There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms. There was always a long wait to get into an elevator cramped with people. Parking was down a huge hill with tons of stairs. The hot water never stayed on. The warmth would only last a few seconds at a time. Then it would be minutes before it was warm again.
Liked the cleanliness and decor Beds were comfortable, breakfast had a nice little selection. Only negative is that they sectioned off an area on the 9th floor where you get complimentary breakfast, it was the very best view Therefore we had to sit where you couldn't see a good view What a waste. Those were the best tables in the house but sectioned off with yellow tape
The only good part was the in-room jacuzzi. It seemed new and worked well. Noisy hallway. Kept waking up to noisy heating/AC unit. Bed was horrible...felt several springs. Towels were torn and odd smelling. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, but old and depressing...needs a remodel. Workout room had only cardio...free weights anyone? Breakfast was awful...rubbery eggs, stale cereal. Just about the worst coffee I've ever had. We also stayed at Chateau on the Lake and Hilton Promenade. There is no comparison. Those two are SO much better, the Hilton being our favorite of the three.
Easy of location. The breakfast was terrible if you like real food or anything resembling real food.
check in was easy, awesome view on 9th floor, bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower had very good pressure and breakfast was great. We got a call shortly after arriving to see if everything was satisfactory. there were no towels in the room so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some and they said they would bring some up and they never did. We had to dry off with hand towels and eventually went to the pool and got some from there. It was the 4th of July and it was packed which was expected, but one of the two elevators was broke so it took forever to get to and from our room. checking out took an hour because we ended up using the stairs due to the one elevator being so overly packed and stopping at each floor.
Huge jacuzzi tub in king suite was wonderful. Breakfast is always great. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is our go to place to stay on Branson.
Rooms appeared clean. Good access to the rest of Branson. Elevator situation is horrible. Staff does not police guests so it's frequently loud and overwhelming.
trying to get into the hotel we were told to come back in an hr after driving 10 hrs to get there and then when we came back in an hr we were told to come back in another hour. the first lady was extremity rude when she spoke with us. the second lady was nice the first lady also was rude to my father when he asked her a question. I will NEVER stay there again when i pay for something i expect to have polite service it really isn't that hard to check someone in and out no need to be crabby you are in customer service, and if you don't like to serve the public leave. also the elevators were super slow and we just walked up the 5 flights of stairs to our room. breakfast was on the top floor so again slow elevator and walk back down.
We liked the view. There were ants in our room. We used the pull out couch. The mattress pad was dirty and there was no other bedding in the room for the spare. we called the front desk at 9:30PM. The staff brought just one sheet and no pillow case.
Breakfast was Great. Staff were Great. Nothing
SMOKEY We have stayed at Radisson several times over past 15 years and have always have had a good expierence. This time was still okay, but we could smell smoke. We are both alergic to smoke and are more sensitive than most. Not a high level but enough we both were plugged up by morning. Seemed stronger near bathroom area. Possibly someone smoking in room nearby or coming through shared exhaust vents. We didnt complain because it was only 2 nights and the first time weve had any problem with the Radisson. We will try them again--great location for us.
Sleep number beds. Size of the pool.
It was in a great location and the lobby area looked great! - Room was dirty - Stains on the sheets and furniture - Room had a VERY bad odor to it. - Room was a lot smaller than other hotels in the Branson area. It was not what I was excepting for the price I had to pay. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are cheaper and have a better room to offer.
Great location on the strip; close to shopping, restaurants, etc.. Hotel looks orderly and modern compared to some other smaller hotels in the area. Clean rooms; what you would expect from a Radisson experience in larger metro areas. Nice to experience this kind of hotel in Branson. Parking lot is on a hill and very steep - be careful getting in and out, and if it's in the winter or icy/snowy, park behind the hotel instead to avoid problems.
Had a room on the 9th floor, a suite for $128 plus. Very nice. We had a problem with toilet late at night and they were on it within ten minutes! All hotel staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Nice bistro and bar on location. Location location location. And no service ( shuttle) to get around. Too far out of town to walk to places. Expensive from airport to hotel.
Price (thru Kayak) Very noisy...people running around above us. Also, parking is sometimes hard to find in the lot.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice Breakfast each moring to start your day. Too many areas for smokers. Not a great smell and you had to walk past several areas on the ground floor. If you stayed on the upper levels it wasn't too bad.
Proximity to the strip was good. Parking convenient and close to shows, restaurants and such. Apartment size frig in room was handy. People were nice. Door appeared to have been damaged in the past. It latched securely but there's s visible gap all along the bottom half. I liked the idea of soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower. However it wasn't until I got in and all wet I discovered the dispensers are not operational. Breakfast was meh. Biscuits were awful and limp French toast not much better. Gave up and went somewhere to buy breakfast.
We stayed at Dockers Inn because they are pet friendly. We picked up a 9-week old puppy from a local breeder and needed a pet friendly motel. Staff was friendly to us and wanted to meet the puppy. The room was a bit dark. Lighting could be improved.
Adequate. Beds comfortable clean. Breakfast typical carbs except the breakfast staff was very rude. Overall reasonable cost and clean Clean
hot breakfast included with many options
Pillow top mattress There was bugs in our bed. We had to move rooms
Breakfast was good it was quiet and cozy Everything was ok
Breakfast was awesome!!! Kids too loved the food served there. The room was neatly made Swimming pool for guests Play area for Kids Free coffee anytime Walkable distance to attactions Courteous and friendly staff Though it was cleaned, as the building looks old, corridor and the strairs does not give a look of a nice hotel to stay. But once you enter the room, you feel no difference. Smaller rooms. No exhaust fans in attached bathrooms Not enough plug points to charge your phone / camera
I stayed here last summer for five nights... my two daughters loved the pool. Breakfast is good and room is clean. We are returning in a few days and I am definatley staying here:-)
We thought that this was a hotel, it is not - it is a motel. We also thought it would be far west on the strip, but you must be on 76 to access it - you can't from back roads. This makes left turns difficult. The room was clean, the pools were nice, and the breakfast was good. But it still is an expensive motel!
The stay at this Best Western was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pillows are wonderful. Used the laundry facilities while we were there and that room was also clean and machines were in excellent condition.(Not dirty). Due to an advanced commitment, we had to leave this motel and stay at another one( bad experience) but checked back into this hotel when we got a chance. Will definitely stay there again.
My husband and I brought our 2 girls here for a nice weekend. We had not stayed her before, we had stayed at a different hotel (won't mention the name). We wanted something better with an indoor pool and indoor access. The girls loved the pool andit was very clean. Rooms were a good size, and beds comfortable. But we didn't spend much time indoors, however the time spent there was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. We might stay again.
Great place to stay. Conveniently located to many attractions. Great service, very clean.
it was the best stay ever right in the middel of a bunch oof good stuff first time staying there
THIS IS WHAT I EXPECT IN A MOTEL. CLEAN, VERY CLEAN, MY ROOM WAS COMPLETELY UPDATED WITH A NICE SIZE FRIG FUNCTIONAL TV NICE LINENS CLEAN CARPET AND MODERN BATH AND DRESSING AREA. IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH BRANSON TAKE MY WORD THIS IS THE PERFECT CENTRAL LOCATION. WHEN I RETURN I'LL STAY HERE. THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS ALSO BETTER THAN MOST.
My family stayed here over spring break. It was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very clean and comfortable. Very good place for a mid-scale motel.
We usually stay in our RV so we were not particularly looking forward to staying in a motel. This Best Western made it very OK. The place was clean without that motel smell, the staff was helpful, it was quiet and the location was great, along with the complimentary breakfast. If not in our RV, we will stay here again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and quiet. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Branson.
The motel is a little older property but fairly well maintained. It is very well located in Branson. Can get to just about everywhere fairly easily. Room and bathroom were clean which was the most important thing to us.
My husband and I, along with our 2 college-age children, stayed here on a very busy July 4 holiday. The rooms were very clean, very comfy, and very quiet. The shower was tall enough for my 6'6' son. The desk staff were really nice and answered all my questions about local fireworks festivities. Discount tickets to local attractions were easy to purchase in the gift shop, which also had great prices on souvenirs. Breakfast was better than most, and the steakhouse next door was quite satisfactory. Did not use the pools, but they were clean. Good location. All in all, very pleased & will stay here again!
Convenient location. No WIFI! What hotel in 2015 does not have WIFI? None = free, per use, per room charge... none, no equipment. If you stood in parking lot could steal it from place next door. Shower had lowest head I've ever seen. 6'3" male had to shower on knees to get water on head. 12 yr old (under 5') had to stoop. A/C unit count regulations room it was either hot or freezing no in between. Water "park" was the reason for booking, over half the stuff was closed while we were there. Why have two water slides if one is always going to be closed. it appeared the only reason that things were closed because of a lack of staffing. the toddler splashing area was closed our entire stay.
The water park was fun and the kids liked it. was not asked if I preferred a tower room or not, the room we were booked into we had to park on one side and carry all of our stuff to the opposite side, the room was tiny with NO WIFI (it's 2015 who doesn't have wifi). The quality of the room I would have expected it to be at most $39.95!! The pool staff at night was WAY underpar in now way shape or form would I have felt confident having them around in an emergency.
People were nice room was clean and the shower was great. The parking was bad ans there was no pool.
Rooms were very nice for the value. The staff was very friendly and nice
The location was great for being on the strip. Directly across from Hollywood wax museum. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff comfy beds. Good size room we had a double queen. Both rooms were very clean. Love that they provided a black make up towel. We had two double queen rooms booked at the same time for same price one room had fridge and microwave and the other didn't.
Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly hotel staff ! More time to stay and enjoy Branson, Mo.
Location, clean room Items came up missing after maid service. Parking is awful. And no pool.
Loved the over all hotel and location. Only one staff member did not seem to want to be there, especially making waffels. All others were quite helpful!
We liked that it was close to everything. We could walk to a lot of shops, restaurants, or shows. The rooms need to be updated.
The room was nice, and the location is great. I was not expecting the hotel to be as close to the strip as it was. For the price, I don't think it could be beat. The A/C was not turned on prior to my arrival. It took a few hours to cool the room.
I liked the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and roomy. The bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfy and enough pillows. I liked that it had coffee maker, fridge, ironing board, and hair dryer. Our stay was very relaxing which is what I was wanting for my mother and I. I loved the location of the inn. Will stay here when we come to Branson We needed more coffee packs than was provided. We also needed more toiletries.
All of it was awesome. Everything within walking distance
Location! Staff was friendly and accommodating! Early check in with no questions or hesitation. Room smelled kind of musty, and carpet was sticky. Small pool. Breakfast was lacking, so we opted for breakfast elsewhere.
The friendly service. The overwhelming aim to please attitude.
Checked in about 8pm, gentlmen at the desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and easy to find. the knobs for the a/c - heater was broken, could not get it to turn on. Managed to get thru the night and when I reported it in the morning to the front desk they did not seem to care.
Very pleased! Will be glad to stay again!
It is a very clean hotel room and staff is always friendly. Have stayed at the Green Gables two years in a row.
Getting to a room. I dropped by earlier in the day to confirm the room and to pay for it. However, before I returned that evening, they had resold the very room assigned to me! I was given another room. Thank you.
Good outdoor swimming pool. Nice helpful lady at front desk.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was great! Close to everything but not right on the strip so not noisy. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked good. The water pressure was good but the shower head was at about 5ft.6in. (Maximum!) A tall person would have major issues with this. Also the bed had a plastic sheet on it and the rustle of it all night drove me crazy!
Had both breakfast and late night dessert Pool appeared to be always very clean no elevator
The breakfast rates pretty High, then of course the nighttime snack is a close tie..... No
Breakfast selection was good and dessert every night is great. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. It is a relatively quiet motel. Being off the main strip makes is convenient for getting around traffic to Silver Dollar City or Branson Landing. The outside is a little run down. The upstairs patio is outright dangerous with a section of the railing being secured with ropes. Very little seating outside and seating in the breakfast area is limited. Need more options for breakfast like toast, fruit.
It's not fancy on the outside, but they do things right. There's a dessert bar in the evenings, and that was a pleasant surprise.
I was comfortable for the time I stayed there. No
great location off the strip but still close to attractions, quiet, free dessert in the evenings, reasonably priced, comfortable beds small spider and web in room never noticed/removed by maid service, breakfast while free was sub-par (stale cereal, eggs tasted like dehydrated, not many pastries), small towels, water lukewarm by end of second shower, cramped bathroom and sink area
I really liked how clean our room was and how clean it was kept up. We also like the dessert in the evening. The only thing that I did not like was that the first 2 days breakfast was not kept up. Everything was running out. I don't know if it was because there wasn't enough food but the staff was very nice.
cleanliness, friendly staff, and wonderful evening deserts and breakfast. the size of the room only.
The location is very good. The breakfast was fine. The hotel does NOT have elevators, has 3 floors, and the breakfast area is on a separate floor.

What a treat to be offered cobbler, ice cream and cookies in the late evening along with an excellent breakfast buffet. No. We were very pleased.

What a wonderful place to stay. Quick access to restaurants, shows, and shopping and the convenience of purchasing show tickets at the hotel saved time for more fun rather than driving to each theatre to pick up tickets. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Two of the employees even helped change our flat tire we discovered we had the first morning that we were there. The continental breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and roomy and the beds were comfortable. The only negative that I had with my stay was that the hot tub was out of service while we were there so we were not able to use it. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in Branson, MO!
Rooms were a bit small. The location is nice away from the main hwy, but a quick drive will get you where you want to go. Clean, hospitible staff, and reasonable rates.
This Holiday Inn Express was immaculately clean, the personnel were courteous and helpful and the price was definitely a bargain. The beds were firm and comfortable, bathrooms were clean and had an abundance of towels and bath accessorys. The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast, but actually served scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon/and or ham, biscuits, gravy, various pastries, fresh fruit, toast and/or English muffins. The Inn is just a block or two off the Green Route and is on the Yellow Route, so most shows and entertainment were just minutes away. There are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In the lobby you can buy tickets to any of the shows you wish to attend, thus saving time driving from theater to theater. This was my best experience in Branson.
The front desk did move us after we complained that our room smelled like smoke. Also, we went through online travel website and then called direct to the hotel to add another room a few hours later and they refused to match the other roomrate. The breakfast room was so crowded we went back to our rooms to eat our artificial eggs.
Very dirty, they charge you twice for the same service, no profesionalism, no refrigrator, too smelly. The manager DeeDee need to learn how to talk to guests. They need to check if somebody has already paid through other means before they double charge a guest. This is what happened to me. I found out that i was charged agin after having already paid prior to getting there through Travel Website. I am still waiting to get my money back. I talked to DeeDee who siad, with a very arrogant voice , that she was taking care of it. That was 5 days ago, there is still no money back. Sorry, it was a total desapointment staying in this hotel. Never again in Hollyday Inn.
You would think that Holiday Inns would have softer beds, especially for the price. This one was like sleeping on the floor. Won't stay there again.
Room was fine, bed was ok. Our room had 2 sinks, (one in bathroom and one right outside bathroom door) which was helpful. Breakfast was good (eggs, bisquits and gravy, bacon, sasusage, danish, rolls, cereal, fruit). First morning there we went to breakfast around 9AM and was very crowded. Went next morning at 7:30 and was almost empty. Hotel location is great. Front desk was nice and helpful. Outdoor pool is now enclosed and seemed nice but did not use it. Room was mostly quiet and we had plenty of room (there was only 2 of us).
Excellent experience, loved the stay, the staff was very helpfull and the indoor pool was a great place fro the kids.
The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is close enough to the entertainment, but far enough away to keep you out of the heavy traffic. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Branson.
