Staff was uninformed, unhelpful, and rude. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the EV rental—such as what type of charging port the car uses, how much charge it would have at pickup, or how much was required upon return. I picked up the rental at 1 a.m., and these were important details to know. Extremely poor experience at the MIA counter and at the gate leaving the rental place.Reviewed Oct 23 2025

I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30.
