I reserved an electric vehicle, but one were available at pick up, so they upgraded me to a premium SUV. The car was comfortable, but the cost of gas was way higher than I intended to spend. It would have been nice if Budget was more prepared to fulfill the reservation.Reviewed Sep 16 2024

The day we picked up the first car they gave us needed an oil change. The second car had a broken dashboard screen . The third car they picked got a flat the next day. The fourth car we got to replace that one also needed an oil change. The fifth car worked perfectly and we kept that the remainder of the trip.Reviewed Sep 15 2024

The vehicle I originally ordered was not available. The agent at budget City Centre tried to tell me that I didn’t order the vehicle and reserved online, then proceeded to tell me that the vehicle doesn’t exist in Italy. The car was dented and wasn’t not recorded at the time of pickup. Thankfully, I did a full vehicle wall around before taking the vehicle from budget. When I dropped the car off at Budget Airport, the agents were better and I explained the situation with the pickup. They confirmed that the original vehicle I ordered is available in Italy and they had chosen to not have it onsite for pickup. They also asked about the dent, which I showed the video to prove it was there at pickup. They stated that the first agent at pickup never recorded it, but because of the proof I wouldn’t be charged. This was such a bad experience given that I ordered a Van to fit 8 people and they gave me an SUV that fit 7, with no room for luggage. Because of this experience, I will never use Budget again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well.Reviewed Sep 15 2024

Everyone was friendly. No issues there, and I really enjoyed my experiences with the employees directly. No air conditioning, in a heat wave, made the long wait for pickup exhausting. No organized lines, making it a bit of a free for all to get seen.Reviewed Sep 15 2024

Budget check-in was kinda grumpy. And worst part was the gas funnel was defective, it took 20 minutes to pump gas cause it was getting stuck in filler. My hand and arm had to work hard to pump the gas each time. And the car was only filled 3/4 of a tank!Reviewed Sep 15 2024
