It was a terrible experience! The agent upgraded my reservation to the next level up, but the vehicle was already taken when I went to pick i at up! I went back to the desk and got another vehicle which was terrible! It was a death trap! The blinkers and blind spots did not work when I got on the road. They would glitch and not stay on. There was vibration across the SUV when doing 65 mph. The vehicle was a silver Jeep Cherokee. To top it all off, I had cash with me of over $200 which I forgot in the vehicle that was never refunded and supposedly never found.
