We was unaware of the deposit and we had to purchase Insurance twice once. When we were booking it and again at enterprise.. it was a whole ordeal and we spent way more than we should have it’s very expensive and only got half of the deposit back … just over all not such a good experience…Reviewed Oct 15 2026

The gas tank was not full at pickup, but I did not realize it right away. I was taking a ferry with the car, so I was rushed to get there and then lost signal on the ferry. I wasn't able to address it and then just decided not to spend my only free day on vacation on the phone with customer service. Based on my calculations, the tank had to have been at no more than half a tank when I picked it up. Since this has never happened to me and I know that Enterprise and most rental companies hand off a full tank, I didn't expect this.
