The entire process went smoothly. After booking, there was an external partner which provided insurance, and the emails were separate from Kayak. We use passenger vans several times a year, and this was by far the best price, not to mention the vans were brand new! Enterprise staff was very personable and professional.Reviewed Feb 16 2026

I reserved a full size and got a smaller car. The exterior was not clean, had scuff marks and a very poor paint touch-up job. The inside smelled stale- like lingering smoke. I went with Hertz expecting better quality but did not receive it. But pick-up and drop-off was easy.Reviewed Feb 16 2026

The prices from kayak aren’t valid. I was charged by kayak for the collision and property fee and it said would be covered by enterprise. That wasn’t true. Paid more than $400+ just for the rental. Enterprise rep. Said they don’t work with 3rd. PartiesReviewed Feb 14 2026

I scheduled a rent car through your website and that worked smoothly. Picking up the rent car from Enterprise in Allen went smoothly. What I'm confused about is that I was shown a daily rate on your website and I got the rental scheduled but I appear to be paying a higher rate than I was shown on your website. The reason I went through your site was the less expensive rates. When I picked up the rental, I was charged an amount but that had a deposit on there as well so it didn't even occur to me until I extended my rental for an additional day and the daily rate the tech at Enterprise quoted me was about $25 per day higher than it should've been...Reviewed Feb 14 2026

I wasn't able to rent from them. The website stated I could use a debit card for my deposit but when I got there they told me that I couldn't. I didn't have a credit card with the amount on it that was required for the deposit so I wasn't allowed to rent a car.Reviewed Feb 9 2026
