Horrible pick up customer service as I was told I was getting switched to a car but was giving a giant gas eating truck. Then They charged me 100 fuel fee at drop off after I put over $50 in gas down the road from the airport and now I have to be subjected to going through their crappy customer service trying to get my money back after the lady at the houston counter told me my money would be refunded and she fixed it.
