There was address in email. There are no sign of Payless anywhere. No parking for drop off. My friend dropped me off and parked somewhere nearby and then I searched for 15min to find the payless- Looks like its operated inside HERTZ or so.Reviewed Oct 5 2022

Payless pickup and drop off were quick and easy. Will use this group again. Had recently used other agencies for rentals where the check ins were extremely long with not enough agents and the ones there moving in slow motion.Reviewed Oct 21 2021

Lack of signage at airport, lack of clarity on where to go. Payless “system” was down at three of four counters at desk so had to wait for the one person who could even check me out. Checkout staff felt bored and annoyed. Bus driver was super nice. Drop off staff super friendly and fun.Reviewed Sep 27 2021

I had a good experience overall. The one thing that could be better is having workers that pay attention to detail. For one the car I was given it's not the same one I saw on the paper before checking out. Also on drop off I couldnt get inside because some employer was talking with his friend infront of the entrance and was blocking my access inside the lot.Reviewed Sep 7 2021
