Reserved a car and went to go pick it up and upon arrival we found out they had closed before actual closing hours. Talked with another person that was there at the same time and they mentioned thrifty had given out all their cars. I shouldn't have been able to reserve a car ahead of time if they're just going to give out all available vehicles.Reviewed Jun 5 2024

It was Poor first the lady that take care of me was rude and not helpful. I need to rent a car in Dallas and dropped off in San Antonio and she ask for a credit card and my flight tickets!!!
