WHen your personal car is always as new who wants to pick up a dirty car? I asked the gentleman at the lot if he had a cloth and cleaner I was willing to do a mini clean at min the filthy dirty fingerprinted display, console and arm rests. It literally took over 30 minutes for him to dig it out of his trunk making it obvious why it wasn't used?Reviewed Apr 29 2026

Completely overcharged after the upgrade car I asked for and reserved at a higher rate wasn’t available was given a lesser car at the same rate which was 3x what I would have paid had I just reserved the car they gave me. Staff couldn’t adjust blaming “dynamic pricing” which as someone in hospitality that’s not what that means.Reviewed Oct 28 2025

I reserved a car well in advance of my trip into GSO airport. When i arrived they had no cars, and there was a whole bunch of people ahead of me who also didn’t have a car for their reservations. I ultimately had to rent from another place at a much higher rate (since i didn’t book in advance). And to top it off, the woman working at Budget said this happens all the time there. Don’t rent from BUDGET! Especially at GSO.Reviewed Mar 11 2025

I was supposed to get a KIA or some other economy car. The I got there they told me I had a choice of a Tesla (I know they are complicated to operate and recharge) or a very large Dodge extra-cab pickup with terrible gas mileage. I reluctantly chose the truck.Reviewed Sep 30 2024
