Pros:Not one thing.Cons:I made reservations and was sent on a‘wild goose chase “ for a car. I was not able to rent a car because the price almost tripled from my original rental price. So I ended up renting a car from Enterprise. (They provided EXCELLENT service)Reviewed Jan 3 2020

Cons:It was a hybrid car. There were a lot of features that wasn’t familiar with like the figuring out the gas vs electric or how to use the air via the touch screen. The car was comfortable and drove smooth but I almost wish it wasn’t as fancy. Felt like I needed to read the manual before getting in. LReviewed Apr 1 2019
