The people were awesome and the car did a great job. The only problem was how the rental returns were parked in front of the available cars so I wasn’t able to get my rental as quickly as I paid for. It cut into at least an hour of my time.Reviewed Dec 7 2022

I booked the car online early in the morning went to pick up the car they wouldn’t give it to me because apparently they were out of cars to rent out but my reservation was already completed with a confirmation number. Kayak should’ve told online that they didn’t have cars to rent out instead of having me go to pick up a car I thought I booked online then all of sudden the airport rental company didn’t have for me and my plans got canceled last minute also it was around 6am when I booked it went to pick it up at 8pm couldn’t get one at that time it was getting late I couldn’t reach any other company to rent me one at that time it was getting late.Reviewed Aug 8 2022

Pick up experience: ladies at the kiosk desk were rude, slow and unapologetic. Drop off experience: Tried to return it an hour early. Terrible customer experience. Tried so long to try to get a hold of somebody to even inquire about this. No one at the airport desk, and called 3 different customer service phone numbers.Reviewed Jul 7 2022

I like the deal that I have with you, but at the time of the pick up I paid for a Full Size car (Toyota Camry or similar) and I get a compact car (Ford Ecosport) and that was not what I paid for. The answer from the Budget was that they don’t have any other car available. Rental cars are expensive and often hard to find. However, this car had clearly several body cracks, scrapes, and scratches. The issue was that I was supposed to document it all before leaving with the car--Is that my job? To fill out paperwork on the issues? To take photos? I made a reservation, got to the airport exactly on time and was told there were no cars. I was not offered help in finding a car or in getting to my destination. Horrible service at the Greensboro, NC airport. I’ll never use budget again.Reviewed Nov 19 2021

The car pick up in Greensboro was not as smooth as it could have been. The car they originally gave me was not the one I reserved. Honest mistake? Not sure. It was corrected but that took more time than it should have. The time to complete the r3ntal agreement at the counter took longer than i have experienced with other rental agencies.Reviewed Nov 8 2021
