Pros:Not much. Stood waiting at the counter while the agent was engaged in a personal conversation with someone without a mask. She could not answer questions about the drop off, and could not provide a phone number for the drop off location. Was overcharged for a full tank of gas at the dropoff location, which I will dispute. Refused a paper receipt at dropoff and was told I would get an emailed receipt. When I questioned what the charge would be for fuel, the agent said he did not know. The emailed receipt shows a charge for a full tank of gas, when the tank was over half full. That charge will be disputed. I will try to avoid Thrifty in the future.Cons:More attentive staff, provided with better information.Reviewed Jan 9 2021
