Unprofessional
Cons: They gave me a car with a service light and told me it was fine and to keep going. Then they charged me a whole day because I had to go back through the airport to the car and fill out the mileage and gas level form myself and didn't note the original time I went to return the car.

Pros: I normally rent from national but budget was a better value. I was given a brand new SUV and it was perfect.

Pros: Car was well equipped and price was reasonable (although similar car through Costco was less)
Cons: Rental return location not convenient. Had the schlep a lot of luggage a long way. Particularly a problem is traveling single.
