I have a major card— visa! After waiting my turn for a long period of time the rental facility (I did the pre-check in), I misunderstood that this visa debit would not work at the particular location and other locations accepting debit near me had closed though I could not have know this beforehand. I entered my card info at the time of booking days in advance so I should have know this was a problem. I ended up cancelling the reservation and this seriously impeded plans. The wording in emails is not consistently explaining “only major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc) no debit cards at this location. This card must be in the renters name.” Suggestion: There seems to be toggles and filters for so many things, how about the payment method?Reviewed Dec 17 2024
