Budget rental
Pros: Rented a Ford Focus. To my surprise this was a much higher quality vehicle than I expected.
Cons: This was the longest wait I have ever experienced at a rental car agency. We waited for over two hours for our rental. We will not rent from budget in Maui ever again. Understaffed and under motivated. I was told it would be about 20 min. Was about a hour it I recal, but that was after we waited in line for about a hour just to check in.

Cons: I didn't see that I had enrolled at the wrong airport in Maui, HI. I was going to enroll in Kahulai but accidentally enrolled in Lahani. Instead of paying $654, which was my confirmed reservation in Lahani, I had to pay $954. This was indeed a hardship and it took me 1.5 hours to even get a car at all through Budget, so I definitely wasn't happy that it was so difficult to get a car. I've never been through such an ordeal in my entire life as I have at Budget car rentals.
It would love to get a $300 refund. I felt this was some type of manipulation on Budget's part.
Also, there were many scratches on the car which I wanted a manager to come take a look at but they were all to busy to come look at the car.
