Pros: The rating provided to Budget and its representative was more than excellent, it was OUTSTANDING. I needed a particular vehicle and they made sure that it arrived and at the time requested. The Budget representative was extremely friendly and professional.
Pros: The vehicle fit our needs nicely. It was in good condition, and everything worked just fine. It was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. Pick-up and drop off were efficiently handled. The price was reasonable.
Cons: None worth noting.

Cons: The tires were under inflated. The charges on line and what I paid was vastly different. I felt deceived and will NEVER use Budget or Hertz again

Cons: The car wasn't totally clean, the car needed tires the wear bars were half gone. The big part I rented to go on a hunting trip the car smelled of tobacco smoke.
