Pros: We were late to pick up the car and got there very close to closing time. The worker Josh gladly stayed and made sure we were good to go even though it cost him staying after hours. Great place, great service!

Super Customer Service
Pros: We arrived an hour early on a Sunday prior to the office opening. The enterprise office manager was there and sauce in the parking lot as we were getting our luggage out of a taxi. He unlocked the door and processed our rental an hour before scheduled opening. The customer service at enterprise car rental has always been exceptional. We know who we are renting from in the future.

Pros: The car was clean, and drove very well. It was more than big enough for the 4 people in the car.
Cons: Upon pickup, the associate didn't explain that there was a $200 hold for the rental that would be put on my card, or that I would need to fill up the car again on return. Also I was not notified how to return the car since they would be closed on Sunday. I would have thought these would be normal things to tell someone renting a car. Also, the rubber seal inside the door was broken, and air coming through made a rather loud noise throughout the whole drive, which became rather annoying.

Cons: The price quoted was half of the price I was originally charged but it was almost what it was suppose to be when i checked out at drop off because they gave me a discount for something wrong with the car. Also, no washer fluid in the car at all and I to buy it and put it in myself.
