I made a reservation to pick up a vehicle and upon arrival, no cars were available. They indicated I could wait "in hopes" someone would come in with a return. After an hour of waiting, an associate indicated they had an SUV available that I could take, however the vehicle was dirty and had no gas. They did offer to go clean and gas it, but at this point I was so behind my committed schedule and didn't have time to wait another hour, I had to take a dirty and empty gas vehicle for MORE money than I initially planned for. The staff was friendly, but I was in disbelief that I was not called prior to arrival to indicate there was an issue with my reservation that they couldn't provide a vehicle after I just spent $40 on an uber to get there. Not to mention, there was no discount offered for the inconvenience and basically forced to spend way more money than I initially budgeted for. Extremely disappointed - the whole thing was just a chain of events that caused extreme inconvenience for me - including missing a very important medical visit that I waited three months for. Good value. Your app failed completely however. Only able to find one way car was with Kayak. Also brakes made really loud noise. But it survived the trip and got us to our destination!Reviewed Apr 3 2024
