Pros: Staff (other than roadside assistance (please see what could have been better section), was generally friendly & helpful.
Cons: Waited way too long (well over a three quarters of an hour) at the counter for pick up. Surely Budget must have at least a rough idea of how many renters will be at the counter at any given time, and should staff accordingly? Car had a tire pressure issue. Roadside phone assistance was useless. Operator was clueless. Ended up having to drive 30 miles each way to exchange the car. No compensation for gas or my time whatsoever.

Pros: Service in your Venice location was good. The car was clean and nicer than hoped for meeting all our needs for 6 passengers. Dropped car off day early on a Sunday after hours, haven’t heard anything from them yet of any issues with the dropoff so assume all went well as we expected. There was no wait as we were in town, not airport for pickup.
