My friend called Enterprize to check ahead of time they
Would except a debit card ( he’s used Enterprise before still has the same address) he was told sure no problem! Once he goes to pick up the car they tell him he needs a utility bill in his name! He’s suppose to be picking me up at the airport in a few hours! Not cool! You would think they would have all his info on a computer pull it up and say good to go!

Unreasonable Conditions
Cons: Flew into Florida to buy a truck. The truck broke down and we were stranded at the repair shop with more business to do before we left. We needed a rental car for a day. Hertz didn’t have any drivers that could come pick us up. Enterprise said we had to have a LOCAL drivers license, and that the credit card couldn’t be tied to my bank account. Avis (online and reservation phone number said they were sold out of cars. We called the local Avis office directly and they did, in fact, have inventory to rent. Terms from Enterprise (local drivers license and credit card requirements) need to be made just as clear as minimum age and insurance when you make a reservation. Wasted A TON of time.

Pros: This was my first time using kayak, I was a bit nervous. Everything went so smoothly I don't know why i never used it before. Prices were great and service was excellent.
