I had reserved a compact SUV but was given a compact car. So not quite sure where the disconnect was in there. The car was fine.

Car could have been a bit cleaner. There were some smears and stuff from the last driver. We also had to wait 2 hours past our set pickup time. There was no answer as to how long we would have to wait so we had no idea how long we would be waiting and what our day would looking like. Corporate could be doing a better job with keeping cars at locations where needed instead of shifting them around for whatever reason.

They canceled my reservation without notification. I arrived at the rental counter and was denied a car after I reserved it weeks prior.

We had to wait for three hours to pick up our rental vehicle because the line was too long. We had no control over the situation, and they were not sympathetic about it.

the line up was sooo long and moving so slowly we cancelled the rental and took a taxi. very disappointing

They made me take an electric car, which was extremely awful. They told me that you could fill the battery up with the same amount of time as filling up a gas tank, which is not true. You have to download apps just to find places we ended up at the police station and wasted five hours While the police tried to help us fill up our battery. It was extremely stressful and I would never ever rent one like that again, and I was very upset that we were forced into that.

Budget SeaTac had NO CARS, even though the reservation had been made. QEEQ had to refund me. All in all it was a terrible experience and it threatens kayak's reputation for you to continue to work with them.

Great prices however I included Insurance on the app but when I got there, it was not included in the price I got on the app so we drove around without insurance. On the app it asked if I wanted insurance and I checked the yes box.
