Pros:There was an extra 80.00 in fees at the counter. It’s misleading and should have been included in your quote/costs
Pros:Took nearly two hours to pick up the reserved car because of the line at the rental office. Bad drop experience too: Despite confirming twice, the drop-off site was closed on the day we were to return the car. Had to drive to a secondary site, then take a cab back through the city. Wasted hours.

Pros:Staff was very friendly, and car was great for our travels. Pick up and drop off were easy and friendly.

Cons:Not being requested for a credit card hold of €22.000 if no basic insurance of €22 a day was acquired.

Pros:Hilliard Neville was the person I dealt with at the Budget office at Dublin airport. He was outstanding. He immediately identified what we needed and provided excellent customer service.
