Worst car rental experience ever. Pickup was over 2 hours 25 people waiting in line with 2 rental agents. Agent was nice. Then sent to a line in the actual garage where one “manager” was assigning cars. The same 25 people were in line waiting for cars that were not yet ready. I rented a Camry, was assigned a jeep compass. Ultimately, this car had mechanical issues and I had to get myself to an office local to where I was staying.
