Cons:Charged me additional money when I prepaid in full. Car was filthy, took 45 min to get my car

Cons:The Hertz address off site is 1451 Bell Rd. Once you cab it over to that address you find it's been closed down for over a year. You call the airport Hertz and they have the same address (which by the way is an empty building). You check the info at AT&T and find the correct phone number. Once contacted they say that the new address is 781 Bell Rd. Instead of an 11 minute ride from the airport (taxi costs: $21) by the time we reach the correct address I now have a taxi costs of $50! The crew at the correct address say they simply haven't been upgraded and their forms and receipts still show the old address. If that isn't bad enough I had agree to a $200 deposit before I was granted the car. I am still waiting for the refund. It's been 13 days now.

Pros:Nothing! Not helpful at all. We showed up a little late due to the tornado warnings and even though the manager was there, he said he didn't have a car for us! We had to Uber to our destination which cost us approximately $200! I would not recommend this rental location!

They called me at 7am rhe day of the reservation to cancell.
We had a long wait to pick up our car at the airport in Nashville. They only had 1 guy working the desk for 3 desks/different car rental places. The guy really tried to up sell us on our car and when we would ask how much he would say "oh it's cheap" was very vague. Then when we got the bill it was $200 more than we agreed to (in American and we are from Canada so the conversion was awful) The car itself was good, clean, good on gas
