Pros:
staff was very friendly and helpful. when I needed to extend my car rental reservation they had no problem extending it for me on the phone.Cons:
They just need to be more informative about certain details. example: if you return the car after the time you picked up the car than you will be charged an extra fee or another day.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my first rental experience that I actually got a better car than the one I reserved—my previous 3 rentals had nowhere near the car reserved, even after confirmation the day before. To top it all off, the drop off could not have been any easier, and I was able to keep the car longer than anticipated. We will be going to this particular enterprise for all my rentals in the future.Cons:

The customer service was poor. Employees treat customers like numbers without any care and rushing through the paperwork without properly explaining. The car was extremely dirty on the inside and it was advertised that they now have added cleanliness but I did not see that.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff were not considerate in our complaint that the van vibrated everytime we slow down and hit the brakes. It was scary and we tried to get a replacement at our destination but there were no available vans.Cons:
A better discount should have been given for the scare and discomfort we experienced during the trips since no vans were available for replacement.7.6 Good

I got a flat tire and there was no spare, so the solution is to have your car towed to the nearest open airport and exchanged for a different car. I missed the concert I'd already bought a ticket for that night. I also couldn't get my rate adjusted for the gas I'd just filled up on the car that got hauled off because I'd gotten the rental through Kayak instead of directly through the rental company. So, I lost about $50 on this and my evening out on my birthday weekend! :(Avis

Cons:
I was given wrong information when I called the budget hotline or customer service line. I was told I can use a debit card because I am over 25 and didn't need a credit card. When I got there first of all they had no cars at all... this was before I knew I could not use my debit card. They said they had 2 cars left.... a pathfinder and jeep compass. The people next to me just rented the pathfinder and then was informed the compass was not even on the lot. The lady was super rude!!!!! I rented a small size car and asked her since there are none here can you call another rental place to see if they have any. Was told it is to close to closing time. The overall experience was AWFUL!!!!!!!! the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not leave with a car. I told the lady I have no problem getting a credit card..... again left without a car!!! It was overall a HORRIBLE experience..... I do not take this out on Budget in general but the place that is renting your cars..... needs to be checked out!!!!!Airport Van

Pros:
Pick up took very long as they were quite unorganized. Drop off was a nightmare- they were supposed to be open by 9:30am and I waited until 12 noon (which was my drop off time) and they did not open their business. There was no one there yet they had a line of customers waiting out in the cold.Cons:

I was schedule to pick up the car on 11-22-18 at 8 am, they said they didn't open until 10am, I was there at 10:30am and waited an hour and no one ever showed up to give me the car. I never got to use the rental car.9.6 Wonderful
