All was great. This was my first dealing with this Enterprise facility, and I was impressed. My 8am pick-up and 5pm (same day) drop off went smoothly and quickly.3.2 Poor

The van that I rented was really dirty, and there was barley no gas. Also the tires and suspension on the van were in safe for a long trip like I was taking. They did give me 10% off which I felt they could of done better.10.0 Wonderful

The booking process was easy.Cons:
The vehicle was dirty, it had alarms that popped up when turning it on to let me know that it was out of washer fluid and needed an oil change. There was a significant shake in the steering wheel when driving at 70-75 on the express way. Overall the car should not have been rented to a customer.Budget
