Cons: We were purely dissatisfied with the whole incident with Budget and will not use them again. Nor will we recommend them to our friends or family.

Cons: A mistake while pickup . They ask-me double of initial cost . About 55$ . I said no .

Cons: Located in a mall but I wasn't aware of that. I had to call the Avis location when the GPS took me to the mall parking lot. I thought maybe the GPS was wrong. When I called, she informed me that they were located in Sears in the mall. It would be helpful to have that information on the paperwork, but thanks to smartphones, it was just a slight inconvenience.

Cons: I made it very clear the day before my trip that I needed a small car and the time I would arrive to pick up the car. I arrived only to find a note on the door saying back in 5 minutes and waited 40 minutes. I did not get what I had asked for and was given a choice between 2 vehicles which I was extremely unhappy about. Out of desperation I chose the somewhat smaller of the two, but found it a bit difficult to drive. I am very angry at how this was handled.
