The car was filthy, needed an oil change, so we paid more for gas due to this. The android auto connection would not stay connected due to a faulty or damaged c type charge port. I have photos of the filth we were given as a "clean car" from a place with "high standards" i was made to feel like a dishonest person who was intending on not returning the car and was offered a mere 30 dollars off as restitution. I will never rent from enterprise again. 0/10 stars.

When I was on KAYAK looking for a car, the website said I could pick up the car at Terminal 2 of Malpensa Airport in Milan. Nope. Had to go to Terminal 1. Had to ask the SIXT agent at T2 where DRIVALIA agent and pickup was located. That was embarrassing. One-way drop-off was OK, but had to search for a DRIVALIA agent to inspect the car and give the keys to. The agent office is on the opposite end of the airport from the rental car return, so did a lot of walking. Also, just received an email invoice for a "One-Way Charge". I thought the price I paid online included ALL charges, as I checked the One-Way box on the website application. Will be calling DRIVALIA (and maybe KAYAK) about that one. The car was really nice.

The seats in the Grand caravan are horrible for long rides everyone in the van on our trip was miserable the way the seats are made your legs fall asleep horribly and cause back pain even in our small kids were having the same issues will not ever rent a Dodge Grand Caravan again

I made reservations for pick up on Saturday. I got a ride from a friend to pick up at 5 Star Aberdeen. Upon arrival, the door posted, “Closed, Saturday and Sunday”. When making the reservations on Kayak, why would it take the reservation or even give me one to a location that’s closed?!? I had a confirmation number and everything. I then had to ask the same friend to drive me an hour away to Olympia, AVIS. Thank god they were open. Hertz, also has the dumbest call center. They don’t give you an option to talk to anyone. The automated phone just keeps saying to go to the website for changes and answers? How and why? I needed live updates on what to do at that moment. No website is going to give me live updates….disappointed in KAYAK. Unacceptable.
