Pros: Since I only wanted the vehicle for a day trip, they called me the afternoon before saying I could pick up the rental that afternoon. That allowed me to start my trip before they opened the next morning. No charge picking it up early. I was on the road and on my way before the agency opened at 7:30 the next day.
