I had initially reserved a car June 14 of June 17, upon arriving they charged me an extra amount of money for the 17th when in fact I already paid the bill in full. Upon returning the rental in California Ontario international airport they increased the amount which is completely absurd.

While I was able to make a reservation online. When I left the airport to pick up the car. The person at the Enterprise desk informed me that they had no vehicles available. This resulted in me being stuck outside security at the airport all night. If I had known no rentals were available, I would never have left the airport.

The "full-size SUV" was more mid-size than full-size. We didn't have any trunk space and then the car's maintenance required sign popped up on the first day we had the car. The Hertz employee said the car had Blind-Spot Monitoring - it did NOT.

The reps at Charlotte airport tried to give me another vehicle because they wanted to use me to drive it back since it was a one way rental. The ‘rep’ at Baltimore airport at check-in was extremely rude and disrespectful. I report this and they never addressed any of this.

Hey I’ve always seen this company sitting on the side and just thought, they probably want an arm and a leg for one of those nice cars. I drive a BMW 4 series and once you’ve drove luxury, it’s hard to go back. The price was lower than if I went and rent a Nissan Altima, crazy right. Maybe they had a special or just the timing was right. I like what I got and got a real experience.
