Centralia Car Rentals

Cons: Gave me a car that was bigger than the one I rented. More gas money.

Cons: Met me outside in the parking lot, used an ipad to check me in: OK Needed my licence and credit card: Its been raining, its wet outside, my arms are full. I have to put my bags on the ground. Gave me a Toyota that had not been cleaned. Dirt on the back seats, debris on the floor. I'm told "Oooops! Wait here." Returns with keys to a "free upgrade" an SUV (GAS HOG). Realized later I was overcharged. Called to ask : "Sometimes that happens - did you checked in on the ipad?" The SUV is a Jeep, clunky and uncomfortable. I tried to swap it out later in the week. Learned this location owns their vehicles & don't always have the options that show up on websites.
