Pros: The car was brand new, very clean and ran well. The customer service from all employees and the manager was exceptional. Kind, considerate and polite and pleasant. So refreshing to do business with a company that values its customers and employs professionals who provide consummate customer service. Checking and returning the car was seamless, easy and all the paperwork was accurate. Excellent all around!

Drop off at a different location

Pros: Pick up was great and the associate was very helpful. Liked the fact that everything was on the iPad!

Cons: I dropped the car off at a different location and the associate told me he could not give me a receipt. He said the branch that dispatched the car will send me a receipt via email. This was 10 days ago and I still did not receive a receipt. I emailed the branch where I picked up the car for the receipt and still no response. I'm still wondering why there is an extra charge on my credit card and will probably contest the charge, unfortunately! Plus - $100 charge for dropping the car off at another location? I knew that upfront, but common!
