I waited 30 min and they couldn't decide which car to give me. I ended up with a smaller car which was fine except it was very dirty inside, the tire light came on. For $95/day you don't send out a car that looks like its 30 years old. I wasn't going to wait for another car so just took it. I heard the supervisor on the phone telling someone they were short handed but there were 4 employees inside. Not sure who was around back cleaning cars. I had a reservation so not sure what the issues were. Car should have been ready.10.0 Wonderful

Everything we booked on the internet was found to be false when we physically showed up to get the car. The car itself. the cost. drop off time. etc... Staff was not helpful at all and then when we accidentally left an important object in the car, I showed up the following morning to try to recovery my property and the gentleman there was extremely difficult in helping me to find the car. He was insistent it had already been rented. i begged then insisted we just take a look in the back to see if it was there. Turns out it was and I was able to recover the object. i will never rent a car from this place again.Avis

The weather was turning bad. Thunderstorms rolling in. However, the Budget representative was there and got me into my car and on the way quickly.Cons:
I picked my car up at 11am. I was a little early, instead of the noon scheduled pick up. The Budget representative said the weather was bad, so he figured no one would be there and he was about to leave. If I had got there at the scheduled time, would I have found the office closed prematurely? I'll never know, but I'm sure glad we got there early! The final price was 50% more than the booked price. That was a nasty surprise which will have me looking elsewhere next time.8.0 Very good
