Pros: When I first arrived at the rental car company, there were a few people in line, and only one customer Representative to help. I waited a good 45 minutes to get my car, and then when I got the car, it smelled like smoke. I told the person there, but he just notated it on the contract and that was it. He did not offer another rental car or anyting. This particular rental company at BWI should have better use of manpower and management. I will not rent there again.

Efficient and inexpensive
Pros: Friendly fast counter service. Pay in advance avoids surprises on fees and makes drop off a breeze. Best prices too!

Pros: Rental was clean and exactly as promised.
Cons: After flight delays and failures of the airport rental car shuttle system, it was a bit annoying to wait at the counter for 5 minutes and then have a simple checkin process extended to include verifying my auto insurance. From the curbside rental car shuttle til I had the key in the ignition it was 75 minutes.

Pros: The customer service we liked and the speed in which we were given our vehicle.
Cons: The car' breaks needed to be serviced and were not. They weren't horrible but they needed to be looked at.

Pros: It was a breeze. No lines, easy access to the car and no hassle or push to upgrade insurance or to a higher level of car. The employees were courteous and helpful.

Pros: The service was good, the manager is great.
Cons: The car key was loose at the base when I picked up the car and I was not alerted that that could be a problem, Well, on my way back, as I fit in the key to the ignition, the base that was loose from the beginning broke off. When I returned the car, the attendant told me that I should call the manager the next day and that I will probably be charged $200.00 for the key. I told him that that will be very unfair because I did not do any damage to the key, it broke off on ignition. When I called the manager the second day to complain about it, he said that they have another key and that I should not worry. That was a very accurate judgement. It is a great thing for companies to have managers that make great judgements.
This was the first time renting car from them and I will do it again. Thank you Manager.

Pros: Employee was friendly. Car was nice.
Cons: Only 1 employee at pickup time. Made process longer. Mostly frustrated that it 5ook the shuttle 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport and take to rental car facility. Plan accordingly.
Cons: PRICE LINE did not honor the contract. They stated that the pick up was at the airport location. However, when I showed up at the airport they said I had to go elsewhere, The phone customer service at ENTERPRISE was very poor. They said they take no responsibility and blamed it on PRICELINE. PRICE LINE reported that they were sorry that they lied, but refused to make it right.
