Pros: Nice car, clean car, guy at the pick up was very kind, gave me a navigation system (I thought this was included nowadays)
Cons: Guy at pick up wrote down the wrong adress of dropoff. I had no idea were to go in the middle of Chicago, being by meself and on vacation here. I had to park the car in a garage with extra cost, also extra cost for using my dutch phone (around 100 dollars extra)
Car hire was 466 dollars for 24 hours!!

Cons: Very poor service at Pellston Airport. Had to wait over 45 minutes for attendant/employees (all three of them) to return to desk to pick up the car. This was not around lunch time, but late afternoon, and all three left the desk completely unattended with a "will return at" clock, and all returned together. They didn't return until 15 minutes after the sign said. No apologies or explanation given. Windshield had a crack, and fender had a pretty good sized dent, that the employees missed and wouldn't have included on the damage report had we not insisted it be put on the rental information.

Pros: I am a bigger guy and rented a compact, I was worried I wouldn't be comfortable. I was surprised it was not bad at all. It was a nice short trip.
Cons: I couldn't find anything I didn't like about my rental

Pros: Very easy to pickup and dropoff
Cons: Two items that I forgot to mention to the desk when I dropped off the car:
The low-beam headlights need adjusting, they were pointed down on the road and it was very difficult to see street signs and markers on the roads. It was an especially dark night, and i couldn't use the high beams very often between oncoming traffic.
There is a rear tire that has a flat spot, probably needs rebalance or replacement. It was singing the do-wop,do-wop better than most 50s bands.

Pros: They recommended another car rental place across the street.
Cons: I reserved the car online to pick up at 8 am the following morning, and return at 4 pm. When I arrived at the office at a little after 8 am, I was told that the associate had received a text that a car would not be available, until 3 pm. Since this would not work for me at all, I declined a car.
Pros: The man I dealt with in Gaylord Michigan was exceptional. He is professional, he listens, & a lovely persona for dealing with the public.

Pros: When we picked up the first rental car, I was shocked by the $250 deposit. I didn't see it listed on Kayak, so I figured they weren't charging one because I was over 25. Well that rule isn't real! Haha! Luckily, the very friendly (and somehow always attractive) staff at enterprise helped work with me to make the deposit more manageable. After a few days, and a few hundred miles, the car started to chug at stops and would even stall if the RPMs got too low. We were able to swap it out very quickly for an even more comfortable car that got even better gas mileage with a little help from some more very friendly (and still attractive) enterprise staff. All around the staff was very helpful and courteous.
Cons: The first car, the Chevy sonic, had, hopefully, the most uncomfortable seats in existence. I was so happy to be able to swap it out.
