Cons:
I had to rush back to get the car dropped off by 6 or I would be charged until next business hours. When I booked my rental it never said anything about being charged even after I dropped the car off. Will never rent from you guys again because of this policy.Hertz

I didn’t care for the poor condition of the car I was given, but that was not the fault of the employees at the Lima, OH condition but rather that of the Kalamazoo, MI location. They should have had the car removed from service until repairs could take place.10.0 Wonderful
