Pros:
Van was large enough for our family. Local rep got us a discount due to van not being clean when we picked it up. Unlimited mileage was a huge plus.Cons:
Local rep wasn't there when we went to pick up van. Had to wait almost an hour. Then the van wasn't clean. Had trash and crumbs all over the place. The body also had several dings and scratches. When we returned the van, same thing. Had to wait almost an hour for local rep to get back to the office. Overall, the process working with the local rep/office was ridiculous. But they did cut the price in half for the hassle.6.0 Good
