Price for the car was expensive! Horrible pick up and drop off customer service! The windshield wipers were a mess, it could've caused a wreck from not working properly! The tires did not have enough air! The tires were not snow tires in winter!!!

That we finally got a car the next day, but not what we reserved and it cost more money.Our pickup time was 5pm, we did not know the location closed at 5 & we missed them. Had to take a taxi to our hotel & another taxi back to Hertz at 8am. They said our rented car was gone, but how could it be? We got their just after it closed & arrived just before it opened the next morning. They gave us a small car for more money. EXTREMELY disappointed and won't be renting from Hertz again.

Waited until 10 minutes before pickup to call and tell me they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved..

Drop off was super easy and staff super friendly. Palm Coast location is great.Some type of discount for AARP members would have been nice.

The customer care staff was excellent. Knew the answers to our questions, professional & polite at all times. With the holidays coming up plan on using them again.

Terrible experience!!!Nothing!Early that morning I signed and paid my issuance for my rental and when I got there to pay and receive your company at the Valdosta airport happily took my i.d and Card just to tell me they don't take non bank issued cards. Even though I'm on disability and it's the only form of payment I have. So with no way back home and no other way to pay. I had to walk my disabled body all the way back home. Not to mention your employee didn't try to assist in my mishaps or try to call a taxi. You would think you all would put this type of stuff on your website to stop the inconvenience. I mean money is money and I had plenty on my card. But overall I never got a rental and it wrecked my whole day of plans. Thank you!

We told them no insurance. Then they wouldn’t fix it. They still haven’t fixed it. Hertz sucks
