They gave us car options. The gal at the counter was very nice and friendly. They were willing to work with me on gas fill up when car was being returned. I really appreciated that. They said if it was half way full or better they would share in cost of fill up. The little things like that is why I will be back. What could’ve been better: It took awhile for all the paperwork. They need more help at peak times. Long line to drop off.

Car was ready to go on time of pick up.Short staffed and seemed overwhelmed wi5h the amount of business. However the pandemic 😷 has everything sideways right now.

Car was clean, reliable, and drove well.I couldnt get my car because my flight was delayed 5 hours. No one called to say the location was closing and then they had to cancel my reservation and make a new one at 5 times the cost to me.

The pick up and drop off was easy, didn’t take too long. The shuttle service at LAX was prompt and attentive. As were the car attendants at drop off. Gas mileage was amazing.The car itself wasn’t great. It was also the only car left in the fleet and the representative told me the person after me wouldn’t get a car. That wasn’t good news at all. Several small dents, type wasn’t that exciting. I would definitely would have paid more for a better car make and model.

Drop off was easy.Could have had the van at the location it was supposed to be picked up.. and it could have been cleaner with gas.

This site is absolutely bullshit! The Hertz place was closed........they didn't save the car I reserved!!!! Hertz told me never to go through them! Kayak and price line are fucken useless!!!!!

Hertz honored the type of car that was selected in the original request.The rental office was going to charge me for upgrading when the midsize car I selected was not available. Luckily, the original car was available after all. Additional charges created by the office should not be at the expense of the customer
