Great group of guys at the Joplin store.
Pros: Took care of everything in a timely manner
Cons: Fill the gas tank to the fullest. It's easier to return that way.

One way rental rip off
Pros: The car was fine.
Cons: The drop off fee is OUTRAGEOUS for a one way rental. Also do NOT purchase the advertised insurance. It's a scam. When I picked up the car they informed me it was basically pointless, and I had to purchase theirs too. $33 down the drain.
