Cons: The car was very smoky smelling. Every tim ewe got in it, the odor was annoying. Especially since at checkout we signed a part of the contract that said we would not smoke in the vehicle. Seems it should be presented to us without smoke smell.

Pros: Easy rental process online. Check-in at Budget was relatively quick.
Cons: The car I received wasn't in great shape. It smelled like cigarette smoke and was a bit dirty.
