Cons: Reserved minivan to drive family around for my husband's funeral. Waited 10-15 minutes in line to be told, "we don't have a car for your reservation, try Enterprise". No apology, no nothing. Will never reserve from Thrifty again.

Pros: Easy to set up the rental online. Decided to upgade. No problem there either.
Cons: Had a slight problem on the return. The gentleman at the return booth didn't quite check me out correctly. Charged me for gas when the tank was full. This was quickly corrected inside at the main counter with no problem.
Pros: It was cheaper then renting at the airport. Maybe I missed something but when I got to the counter at the airport. I was at the wrong place. A cab ride and $15 with tip put me at the right Enterprise.

Pros: The website used to reserve carrental.com had some issues that cause confusion when arriving at customer service counter but the customer service rep was so understanding and went above and beyond to resolved the discrepancy when i went outside to retrieve the rental it was a smoke scent any it and they did not hesitate to switch the car out which made me feel really impress about the overall service
Cons: Customer service rep helping another customer next to me being very short and rude with her customer which rubbed me wrong and made me feel horrible about the service she was receiving
