Pros:Nice and professional staff.
Cons:The car could have been cleaner. I saw some syrup-like stuff below the seat.
Pros:Pickup & drop off were smooth & quick. I got a nice van in good condition.
Cons:A full tank of gas upon pick up.
8.0 Very good
Pros:The staff was friendly and quick to assist.
Cons:The car was not cleaned or washed yet when I picked it. We waited for the car to be cleaned and washed. The wait was okay, but the cleaning process was rushed and not very thorough. Car windows still had water. I could still see some dirty marks on the exterior.
Cons:The branch was closed due to covid. I had booked weeks ago and still to this day, kayak, enterprise and pricelines websites all say this branch is open. I ubered to this branch, it was closed and proceline said all they could do for me was cancel my reservatuon which meant i was still left without a rental car. I had to quickly uber to a further enterprise to get a car costing me a couple of hours and $30 in u planned ubers.
Pros:It was okay
Cons:They need actual wash the cars right & not just rinse them down fast, no vacuuming in the inside. I found trash that was left behind from the people who rented it before I did & oil life was low didn’t even bother checking it.

Pros:I had a hard time finding rental car that I could rent from LA and drop-off at LAX. When I asked Andrew if they offered any shuttle to go to the airport, he immediately offered for a free return at LAX! However, on my drop-off day, the agent at the airport charged me extra $50. The next day Andrew found out about it and waived the fee for me before I called. 5-star for him!
Pros:New 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Easy transaction & drop off
Pros:What can I say. .. Great customer service. .New car. Great price. Also, it's local. No more goin to L.A.X to get a rental.
Cons:Nothing. I loved everything about my experience with Avis.
Cons:The staff refused the rental due to our destination. Nowhere was this limitation in the rental agreements that I was shown before agreeing to the rental. This resulted in me having to pay $100 more at the last minute at the last minute.
