Pros:
Nothing at all after checking my reservation it stated that sixt will be closing at 3pm and we gave them a call to let them know that our flight will be getting in at 2:15 pm and once we got there we was told that someone else took the car that we reserved for weeks ago. This facility rather more money over customer service I will not be booking with this company ever again even if it's my last resort. I will take a lyfe or Uber first before stepping into this establishment again10.0 Excellent

A lot of the problems that I had were because their website was not up to date and did not advertise anything very well. When I went to go pick up my rental vehicle I arrived at the wrong location. They claimed that they had moved to another location, but there is nothing to suggest that online. When I finally got to the facility, they added an additional service fee that even they admitted to not advertising on their website. This makes no sense to me and is very infuriating. The car they wanted to give to me at the time was also missing part of the front grill. If i have a reservation, the car should be properly prepared and ready when I pick it up. In addition to this, they wanted the total payment, plus the service fee and a $250 deposit up front instead of what they had advertised which was $30 upfront and the rest when I dropped it of. This was the last straw for me and I ended up canceling my reservation and not renting from them at all. I do not recommend ACE at all to anyone. In fact I am so disappointed by their service that I am making it a point to tell everyone DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!3.6 Mediocre
