I reserved a full size SUV to move my son into college, when I went to pick up the car I was told they didn’t have any vehicles, the employee did finally find me a minivan which I had to go pick up at a location about 20 minutes away. That car reeked of smoke, but at that point I had no choice but to take the vehicle as I needed it early the next morning. I will never again rent from them

I think I'll avoid electric cars for a while longer. Trying to charge that car prior to its return was a challenge. I don't believe we as a country already to go all electric yet.
