Pros:

After arguing with the sales rep, I was given a free upgrade.

Cons:

When I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. I was not happy, and the sales rep was pushy and telling me that I had to pay more for a larger vehicle. I had to argue and get very uncomfortable and insist that they honor the price I was given several times before they finally did the right thing and acquiesced, giving me the free upgrade.

Dirty car inside, like totally dirty and mark no damages, but there was damages and it was hard to c them at night what was the pick up. I was lucky to find the damages on a rental parking lot and make the photos, otherwise they would ask me to pay for them. The request of 2 credit cards as guaranteed was shock, they said we need two of your credit cards as it a luxury car. Lucky me I have 2

Supplier choice

The supplier choice is apparently an EV even though I didn’t select the EV option. They require you to bring the car back charged. For a one day rental to the airport, that is not realistic. I was also charged for gas, which I had stopped near the airport and filled up. I eventually got a credit but the whole thing was a hassle and didn’t leave me feeling good about renting from Budget in the future.

Pick up process was ridiculous. I'm not exaggerating--standing outside (not in any type of building or cover) for 56 minutes while they tried to figure out rentals for myself and 7 other customers. Ended up just giving me a size up, was not cleaned well, didn't have record of what fuel level was at, and staff spoke all of 3 words to me. I saw the poor reviews at this location and figured, how bad can it be? Yes I got my vehicle and it worked fine, but the entire pick up and drop off experience was horrible and I do not plan to rent from this brand at this airport again.

The staff at Miami and PSL branches were very helpful and accommodating. I had some trouble returning the car due to some confusing signage, but they went out of their way to stay late and support me so that I could drop the car off after hours. I really appreciate it!

After making a reservation a few days earlier, they called me the night before and told me they didn't have what I had requested. After agreeing to accept something else, I showed up only to find that they in fact had NO cars available. I will never do business with Enterprise again!!!

STAFF WAS VERY ABRUPT WHEN I ARRIVED AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE. NO EXPLANATION, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT WAS THAT! NOT TO MENTION, THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION AND NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME NOT TO SHOW UP. IT RUINED MY ENTIRE VACATION PLANS WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.

Cons:

FIRST OF ALL, MAKE AN EFFORT TO GET THE VEHICLE IN POSITION WHEN SOME ONE HAS A CONFORMED RESERVATION. IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, THEN CALL THE RENTER AND TELL THEM SO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE. A BETTER ATTITUDE COULD ALSO HELP.
