Wow, what a beautiful car!
Pros: So from the moment we went in to get the car to dropping it off, it was a wonderful experience. The lady that helped us was great. We rented a beautiful mustang convertible. It was very clean, heck it was new! Very low miles and ran like a dream. We were only gone a few days but loved every moment of it. She took the time to show us all about the car. Really a great experience. Can't wait to go again!

Cons: No instructions left for drop off, when office is closed. Budget office hidden inside Sears. Not made obvious. Very time consuming with uncertainty in knowing what to do in dropping off car when office is closed.

Pros: Still waiting for my refund after only renting for one day instead of the three scheduled due to repair shop finishing earlier.
Cons: Waiting for my credit to be refunded for insurance purposes.

No car available
Pros: There was nothing to like.
Cons: I received a reservation confirmation but when I arrived at the Enterprise I was told there were no vehicles. I drove there for nothing and the following day I did not receive a call to tell me if they resolved the problem. I didn't have s car the time entire time I was there.
