Cons: I was told this van would have no issues driving into Canada. When I picked it up, they told me I would be turned around at the border because it wasn't recognied as a "true vehicle". I called twice over the past month to confirm this would work and both times they said yes. Ended getting a different van from a different company with no issues.

Pros: THEY UPGRADED ME FROM ,A SMALL CAR TO A MINIVAN AT NO EXTRA CHARGE,HAD TO RENT FOR AN EXTRA DAY WAS VERY SIMPLE ONE PHONE CALL. Also employees were great.

The experience was great and highly satisfactory.
Pros: The rented Malibu was great. It has all what it takes to ride in cold weather with pleasure. Never thought of buying of home made car, but riding in it, totally changed my mind, as I’m a Toyota made addicts. So, my next buy surely is going to be Chevy/GM.
Cons: Everything went on fine, expect that discount was denied upon returning the car with far more gasoline than picked up level.
Cons: Can't use debit card and i still haven't got my refund. Refund was supposed to be processed and done on the first day. It's been 5 days and still nothing. I prepaid insurance as well for a car I was not allowed to use. No refund from the insurance of 36 dollars. Why was the payment from my reservation processed without asking for deposit from a credit card? I can't receive a refund in the store? Why not? Now I have to wait for a refund and travel with someone else because I have no vehicle. Customer service was horrible. I was put on hold for ten minutes.

Pros: The Ladies that work the counter at the Clinton Township, MI-office are multitasking queens! They always smiled, joked, complimented and acted fast. One girl was helping 4 of us at one time, kept everyone smiling and had 2 guys in the office behind her just sitting around with coffee! That would have pissed me off if she wasn't to fast and friendly! All of the customers were laughing! Great Job!!!
Cons: Confused on weather I had insurance with Kayak or not-so I paid for insurance at Hertz. The reservation wasn't clear and I could not get into my phone fast enough with the long line. I still don't know if I had double coverage-did I?
