I had a dispute with Thrifty about a scratch on a rental that I was not responsible for and didn't do. So now I am on their DNR list which I guess is your DNR list also. I won't rent from you in the future but you should have told me upfront when I made my online reservation instead of telling me you can't rent to me at the counter. Budget was great with no paranoia about scratches and a quick drop off.Thrifty
