Pros:The rates online were awesome! That is why we chose it. The car was great, very spacious and roomy. I had previously rented a car thrould Mariela and she was lovely!
Cons:From the moment we arrived at pick up, the representative Franciso was absolutely rude. Almost seemed like we were a bother to him. He stated that he didnt have any compact vehicle left on the lot(which was a lie, there were plenty of compact cars) he then told us all he had was an intermediate model. I needed to get down for a funeral so either way i needed to rent a car. He stated that he could not give us the price we booked for because we upgraded the car, which WE didn't . He told us that was the only car available. He also added an extra $15 a day for an extra driver. Which i was the ONLY driver driving the vehicle. He then started to tell us that he didnt have to rent us the car. Like stated previously i needed to get down for a funeral. Worst experience ever! His attitude didnt make it any better in this time of grieving.
Cons:The price kept changing when I went to book. Seems like a "Kiyack" issue. But, of course they won't take responsibility, so, maybe it's Avis, although the same thing happened with another car rental company
Pros:Car worked well, exterior was gummy from a tarp being taped over it, so it looked a bit shabby, but otherwise okay. Jose was excellent during pickup process. Very professional.
Cons:Wanted to extend for four days, but the price would have been almost that of the original rental. Avis said I could return that car and get another for a better price, but the rental location is an hour from my home. They wouldn't just let me keep car for the better price. Seemed like a lot of extra paperwork to me. Tried to talk to local office, but the agent didn't care, didn't seem to want to work there. I asked them to set the toll pass to the 'off' position when I picked up the car since I didn't want it, and found it 'on' when I got the car home. Won't rent again from this location, or probably from Avis.
Cons:The car smelled so bad, and it ran really rough I thought it was going to stall or something. In addition, we had to wait 3 hours to get it because it wasn't ready yet.

Cons:i had to fill the radiator after I arrived at my destination, the check tire indicator stayed on, the car was very uncomfortable. The electronics were difficult to understand; I always rent from Budget and I will continue to do so, this was my first bad experience. The person I dealt with when I rented the vehicle did not go over the insurance. I informed him I wanted insurance but not to the extent of the addtional add on's. I paid $1,100 for a week's rental and it was totally not worth it. I should have kept the Jeep.
Pros:Owner was kind to take the insurance off from Budget and honor my insurance with visa. It would have been over 500. not the 275 I was told on line. The loading and unloading of car was easy. Would go to this Budget Avis rental again. Not so sure about the Jacksonville airport pickup.

Cons:THE LOOOOOOOONG wait to pick up the car. They say they have to clean them. Well why don't they already have them cleaned and waiting
Cons:I did not rent. 1. The location was closed. I was sent to a different location and was told I could not leave my car on the property. I was not informed of any of this because they had no information except my name from the 3rd party reservation. It’s not totally enterprise’s mistake. They would have contacted me to inform me of the location change and the fact I could not leave my vehicle at their property.
Pros:Very Slow in getting the car and the return. It was hot
Cons:More expedient, not 2 hours

Pros:The drop was easy. Still struggle to get the $200 deposit back in a reasonable time. It’s been 2 days now.
