Pros: The door was opened for us just at closing time when personnel could have said "we are closed'. The agent who took back the car rented in Columbia was the same one who rented the next to me.
His name is Mr Kelly. He was extremely courteous and helpful.
Cons: Didn't see where I was told about the 200 deposit. If I had known about the deposit i would have been more prepared
