Cons: My pick up time was delayed, cutting it very close to closing time for Enterprise office.

Simple and Easy
Pros: I booked with Kayak the day before and had no problem picking up the vehicle the next day. It was almost brand new with barely 30,000 miles on it. It was clean and drove like a dream, it really helped us get around and was very reasonably priced.
Cons: The only thing they could do differently is maybe have a dedicated person to answer the phone, I had a question and the phone rang for almost 7 minutes before someone was able to answer. It was ringing when I went to return the vehicle too and since all the agents were busy it rang for almost 10 minutes.

Pros: staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: car was not at airport and there was no shuttle to take us to the rental lot if we wanted to rent the car at the airport we needed to pay 160.00 more needless to say I was not very happy I took a taxi to the other location. there should be a notation stating that the car is not at the airport when the rental is set up

Pros: Nothing went to pickup the car and found out wrong place the place closed at 2 we arrive at 4 had to pay5double the price then was quoted.
Cons: Not being told that the location was far away from the airport

Cons: Charged an extra 2 hours when I brought back car at correct time. If I hadn't pointed this out and received a $24 credit, I would have paid this fee for no reason. Also, at time of pickup was told that pickup location for car was off site of airport. Luckily girl allowed for a same day transfer and honored my weekly rate of $299 but I could of ended up paying well over $500 when this wasn't disclosed at time of booking.

Cons: they held $200 as a deposit which was never informed while booking, why would i give extra deposit when i am giving my credit card info.
Also they gave me a hatchback coupe, i could not even carry 2 bags in that car, this is what i haven't paid for,

Pros: Mary at the Convention Center worked diligently to get us a car to get out of the Hurricane zone. It was greatly appreciated. A young man "Neal?" at the nearby Enterprise location was an equal partner in the effort. We were able to miss the bulk of the storm and get to Orlando safely.

Cons: The agency was actually off the airport property and would neither " pick us up" or the agency on premises would not honor the price or take us to the other site, great teamwork and customer service guys. I'll be sure to rent there again, Not!!
Cons: I didn't receive my vehicle. I was bombarded with a $200 deposit and had issues with my credit cards. They didn't take cash, and my cards wouldn't be accepted since they got declined while they had sufficient funds. Pretty pathetic and want my refund.
